2.1 A Touch of Japan provides personalized travel planning services, including bespoke tours, experiences, and travel consultations.
2.2 All tours and services are customized based on client preferences; no pre-made tour packages are offered.
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 To book our services, submit a request via our website, email, or contact form. A representative will contact you to confirm the details.
3.2 A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The amount and payment schedule will be outlined in the booking confirmation.
3.3 Full payment must be completed before the trip or experience starts. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation without a refund.
3.4 Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Once confirmed, pricing will remain as specified unless noted otherwise.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Clients can cancel bookings in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
- More than 60 days before the trip: Full refund minus a service fee.
- 30–60 days before the trip: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before the trip: No refund.
4.2 If A Touch of Japan cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund.
5. Changes to Itineraries
5.1 Requests to change confirmed itineraries must be made in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee all changes will be possible.
5.2 Additional fees may apply for changes after the itinerary is finalized.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and travel insurance, are valid for the trip duration.
6.2 Clients must ensure they meet all health requirements, such as vaccinations, for travel in Japan.
7. Liability
7.1 A Touch of Japan is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers, including hotels, transportation services, or local guides.
7.2 We take every precaution for safety and satisfaction, but we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or travel restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the A Touch of Japan website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by A Touch of Japan and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 Clients may not use or reproduce any website content without our prior written permission.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be handled by the courts of Japan.
